ADMISSION PROCEDURE


  • The new academic session begins in early April every year.
  • Students seeking admission to any standard shall be tested for admission in the school and the principal's decision shall be final.
  • Students who join the school have to produce a valid birth certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
  • The admission of students from unrecognized school, shall be subject to departmental approval.
  • False declaration about a student's age is a disqualification for admission and subsequent discovery, by the School authorities, of such a false declaration would be enough grounds for dismissal.
  • Anyone offering donations or pressurizing the administration through recommendations is automatically debarred from admission.
  • Candidates who have attended any recognized school shall not be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the school last attended.
  • Fees once paid are not refundable or transferable.
  • Students once admitted cannot be withdrawn without six months notice or on payment of six month's fees in lieu of notice.
  • School leaving certificates shall not be issued unless all school dues are paid and all books and articles belonging to the school have been returned.
  • The principal reserves the right to suspend any student if his/her behavior or progress is unsatisfactory.
  • For the withdrawal of a student, at least thirty days notice must be given to the Principal in writing, failing which, one month's fees will be charged, in lieu thereof.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED


  • Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate for admission to class PREP. (Original to be produced at the time of admission).
  • Two passport size photographs.
  • School leaving certificate duly countersigned.
  • Medical fitness certificate from a competent doctor.
  • Character certificate from the school attended last.
